NFL Divisional Round Playoff Betting Guide

We had a rough go last NFL lines Wild Card Weekend, going 1-3 ATS but there were some rare occurrences.

The Broncos and Tim Tebow NFL playoff upset of the decade, the Saints demolishing of the Lions to cover the 10.5 point spread, and the Falcons scoring 2 points (the only time this has ever happened in NFL playoff history).

However, our statistical betting guide is still picking 62% ATS out of 111 games this NFL lines season, which is close to the prediction rate of Las Vegas Oddsmakers.

Here are our statistically favorable picks based on NFL win probabilities for this NFL Divisional Round weekend.

NFL Divisional Playoff Lines

New Orleans Saints vs. San Francisco 49ers

Game Odds: Saints (-3.5) - 49ers (+3.5)
Win Chance: Saints (63%) - 49ers (37%)
Our View: The Saints are on a roll and the strength of the 49ers defense is against the run. Although the 49ers had a Round 1 bye, it will be tough to slow down Drew Brees, who is dominating the league right now.

Denver Broncos vs. New England Patriots

Game Odds: Broncos (+13.5) - Patriots (-13.5)
Win Chance: Broncos (16%) - Patriots (84%)
Our View: Tim Tebow and the Broncos may have pulled off one of the biggest upsets of all-time, but they will travel to Foxboro and face the battle-tested Patriots. The Broncos won't pull out a win but they should cover.

Houston Texans vs. Baltimore Ravens

Game Odds: Texans (+7.5) - Ravens (-7.5)
Win Chance: Texans (57%) - Ravens (43%)
Our View: The Texans looked awesome last weekend against the Bengals. Houston's a strong team lead by workhorse RB Arian Foster and should cover the 7.5-point spread.

New York Giants vs. Green Bay Packers

Game Odds: Giants (+8) - Packers (-8)
Win Chance: Giants (42%) - Packers (58%)
Our View: The Giants may be the talk of the league right now, but Aaron Rodgers is coming off two weeks of rest. Greg Jennings is back and the Packers are healthiest they have been since the beginning of the NFL lines year. Go Pack Go.
