New Orleans Saints +1
Baltimore Ravens -1

Much like last NFL betting lines season, the New Orleans Saints offense looks like it can’t be stopped.

New Orleans is on a roll right now, winning six straight NFL betting lines games since October 31st.

As a result of their recent success, they have improved from 4-3 to 10-3 and one game behind the NFC South division leading (11-2) Atlanta Falcons.

The defending Super Bowl champions have scored at least 30 points in each of their last five games and three-time all pro quarterback Drew Brees seems to have settled back to his old ways – orchestrating last minute comebacks and winning games.

In his last six games, Brees has completed 68 percent of his passes for 1,826 yards (an average of over 300 per game) and has thrown 14 touchdowns.

On the other side of the ball, however, the Saints defense has simply not been pulling their weight.

Since their Week 10 bye, New Orleans has allowed 89 points against, averaging 22.25 per game.

Now while these numbers may not seem that bad, keep in mind that they have faced the Seattle Seahawks (27th overall offense), Cincinnati Bengals (24th) and St. Louis Rams (25th).

The Saints defense should have a world of trouble with the Baltimore Ravens balanced offensive attack.

I expect this NFL betting lines matchup to be a high-scoring affair between two teams who are looking to catch up to their divisional leaders.

Brett’s Prediction: Baltimore Ravens: 30 New Orleans Saints: 21

Nielson Notice: The Baltimore Ravens are 5-1 at home this season.
