Henne has proven to be very inconsistent this North Bet season, ranging from 114 passing yards (Week 2 vs. Minnesota Vikings) to 363 passing yards (Week 3 vs. New York Jets).

He threw for only 1 interception in a Week 6 23-20 overtime victory against Green Bay (3rd most interceptions in the NFL). But just three weeks prior, Henne threw three interceptions against a New England defense that only recorded six interceptions all North Bet season.

However, Henne’s production has show one sign of consistency. In the past three weeks, his touchdowns per game have decreased from 2 to 1 to 0. He has rarely been able to score in the red zone as of late, and failed to score at all last week.

For the second week in a row, Dolphins kicker Dan Carpenter has been forced to bail his team out by kicking five field goals in a game. While that’s good for his fantasy owners, it’s not so good for the Miami offense.

If Chad Henne could not score against the Cincinnati Bengals, I shutter to think what will happen to him this week against a Ravens defense that has allowed eight passing touchdowns all season (4th in the NFL).

Baltimore’s Joe Flacco, on the other hand, is showing a whole lot of upside coming into this North Bet matchup.

The Dolphins defense has allowed over 200 passing yards and 1.43 touchdowns per game this season. This bodes well for Flacco, who is currently performing like a topnotch quarterback.

Throughout this North Bet season, he has averaged nearly 250 passing yards per game, and putting aside a Week 2 nightmare, has only thrown two interceptions in six games.

Fully rested with a bye week behind him, Flacco will be ready to face Miami’s mediocre defense this North Bet Sunday and exploit it with a little help from his friend (i.e. Anquan Boldin).

AFC North Bet: Baltimore Ravens (-5).
