After a stellar performance in Game 2, the Miami Heat held on to another big win against the NBA lines Eastern Conference top seed Chicago Bulls. Miami leads the series 2-1, and hopes to take a 2-game advantage Tuesday night.

Miami Heat -5.5
Chicago Bulls +5.5
Total 178.5

The hero for Miami was not Lebron James or Dwyane Wade. All-star forward Chris Bosh is averaging 24.6 points per game in the series against Chicago, compared to 16.3 points per game in the last two series’.  Bosh has raised his game against the under-sized Bulls and will continue to demand the ball inside until he is stopped.

With Bosh’s restored play and the return of forward Udonis Haslem, Miami now is threatening teams from every aspect on the court.  Haslem has made an outstanding recovery from his earl season injury, and NBA Lines suggests that Haslem has contributed 10.5 points and 4.5 rebounds pre game in the series against Chicago.  Haslem provides Miami with a stronger inside game and major post presence.

By controlling the paint, Miami has been able to slow down the MVP Derrick Rose.  Rose, who averaged nearly 30 points in the first two series, now is putting up only 23 points per game.  When Rose struggles, Chicago will struggle offensively, that has been apparent in the last two outings.

Chicago is struggling mightily on offense and I expect a lose to an all around Miami team.  Expect to see Miami win Game 4 at home, where they have been 7-0 this post season, taking a 3-1 series lead.

NBA Lines Pick – Miami Heat (-5.5)
