NBA Lines
Chicago +8
Lakers -8
Total 202.5

Despite the loss of all-star power forward Carlos Boozer, the Bulls have played exceptionally well –especially in the last two weeks.

After a 110-105 overtime loss against the Boston Celtics on Friday November 5th, the Bulls have lost only one game. Chicago fell to the San Antonio Spurs last Wednesday 103-94 with Spurs center Tim Duncan dominating the glass, recording 18 rebounds in 34 minutes of play.

Chicago, however recovered from the defeat, beating the Dallas Mavericks 88-83 in Dallas on Friday. Second-year point guard Derrick Rose has had four straight NBA lines games of 22 points or more, and is shooting 49.7 percent from the field in November.

Third-year center Joakim Noah has accelerated his play in recent weeks, grabbing 31 rebounds in the Bulls last two games.

The Los Angeles Lakers, meanwhile are without a doubt still the team to beat in the NBA. The Lakers are winning NBA lines by an average margin of victory of 9.3 points per game – their most recent victory was a 117-89 blowout at home against the Golden State Warriors.

Lakers center Pau Gasol is having a career year, averaging 22.8 points and 12.1 rebounds per game. Gasol’s offensive ability may hinder Joakim Noah’s ability to be as active on the defensive glass as he has been during this NBA lines season.

With Gasol neutralizing the Bulls leading rebounder, the Lakers pose tough matchups all over the court for the Chicago.  Los Angeles is 7-1 at home and have yet to lose to an Eastern Conference opponent.

Take the Lakers with confidence.
