No Wall. No problem. The Washington Wizards will be without their leader scorer John Wall for tonight’s NBA betting lines game against the lowly Toronto Raptors.

NBA Betting Lines
Raptors -1
Wizards +1
Total 202.5

The 2010 No. 1 overall pick has had no problem adjusting to the professional game. With eight starts under his belt, Wall leads all NBA rookies in points (18.1) and assists (9.8).

Surprisingly, the 20-year-old point guard also leads the league in steals, averaging over 3 per NBA betting lines game.

Without Wall, Washington loses their best playmaker on both sides of the court, but veteran point guard (and now sixth man) Gilbert Arenas will fill his typical role as a starter.

Coming off the bench this NBA betting lines season, Arenas is averaging 14.2 points per game in just over 27 minutes.

The 3-time NBA All Star has shown that he can still light up the scoreboard. Arenas scored 30 points in 32 minutes against Chicago on November 13, shooting 11 for 22 from the field and 7 out of ten from three-point range.

The Raptors are horrendous on defense, allowing an average of 104.5 points per game (23rd overall). Toronto guard Jarrett Jack should have his hands full with Arenas.

Hardly known for his defensive skills, Jack surrenders a couple inches and 20 pounds to Arenas. If Gilbert gets hot, this game could be a blowout.

NBA Betting Lines Pick – Wizards +1
