Casino Rules


  1. Every deposit based bonus carries a 20 x play through requirement in order to convert the bonus in to cash.
  2. Every non deposit based bonus carries a 30x play through requirement in order to convert the bonus in to cash.
  3. Bonuses are for recreational players only and require cash action in the casino. If you are ahead on NorthBet, you may not qualify for any bonuses and/or promotions.
  4. You may not qualify for casino bonuses and/or promotions if you have recent withdrawals unless they are covered in full, if you are ahead in the casinos when factoring in bonuses released into real cash or if you are overall ahead on NorthBet in general.
  5. Anybody found trying to abuse the bonus system by any means, will have his bonus and promotions options completely revoked at management’s discretion. He may also be required to complete a 40x play through of his deposit amount in the real money section before any withdrawals are issued.
  6. To qualify for promotions, your cash balance and/or bonus balance have to be nil. Pending wagers are considered an active balance.
  7. Maximum of 2 consecutive promotions can be claimed for each deposit and within a 2 week time frame.
  8. All bonuses expire after a 30 day period has elapsed from the issuing date.
  9. Craps, Baccarat, Roulette, Pai Gow Poker are excluded from bonus play and from calculating action when action is required in the real money section.
  10. Promotions have to be claimed the day of the promotion and will not be issued retroactively.
  11. Maximum bonus from a promotion is 500$.
  12. You cannot combine any two promotions together offered at NorthBet.
  13. Action for casino promotions must be generated from a deposit. Action generated from released special bonuses or promotions will not count.
  14. Casino is intended for recreational play. Management reserves the right to restrict casino access at their discretion.
  15. You are not allowed to use any software program which, in our opinion, is endowed with artificial intelligence software or any other type of software that assists the player in connection with your use of our service. In the event that we have discovered the use of such software in our regular reviews, we reserve the right to immediately block casino access, terminate the account and seize all monies held in the account.

Posting Casino Transactions to Your Account

While your Account Balance is adjusted instantly as you play in the Casino, the day’s transactions will automatically be taken from your current balance. To see the most current balance, ensure all Casino browsers are closed and refresh your Sportsbook web browser. If you have any questions regarding your available balance, please contact Account Management at 1-888-720-2350. Once transactions are posted in your account, the correct value will appear under Account Activity, as well as your deposits, wagers and withdrawals.

Loyalty Dollars

Loyalty Dollars are calculated solely based on real money wagers placed in our sportsbook section and are awarded as 0.25 Loyalty Dollars for every $100 wagered. Casino action does not count toward the Loyalty Program. However, you may exchange your Loyalty Dollars for casino chips in the Classic Casino and the New Casino by visiting your "My Rewards" section under "My Account". All casino bonuses are subject to a specified rollover requirement. Bonuses may be changed or canceled at management discretion.

Disabling Casino Access

Casino access can be removed from your account. To disable access, simply contact us via email or by calling in to make the request. Please note: removal of access can take up to 24 hours from the time of last action in the Casino. In the event that you have accepted a bonus, the casino must remain open for at least a one week time frame from the bonus issuing date. When requesting the casino blocked, you forfeit any bonus and/or promotions you would normally be entitled to. When requesting the casino un-blocked, you will not be entitled to bonuses retroactively. Casino blocks can only be requested with a zero balance. You have to be paid out or busted out to make the request.
