Super Bowl Odds 2011 – Aaron Rodgers Trouble For The Pittsburgh Steelers
The Pittsburgh Steelers may have the best defense in the NFL, but Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has all the right tools to expose the AFC champions in Super Bowl odds 2011.

Super Bowl Odds 2011:
Pittsburgh Steelers +2.5
Green Bay Packers -2.5
If the Steelers defense has a weakness, it’s against the pass. Pittsburgh ranked 12th in the league, behind the Carolina Panthers (2-14) and New York Giants (10-6) – a unit that Rodgers torched for 404 yards and four touchdowns in a Week 16 win.
The Packers have won five straight including the playoffs and apart from his two games against the Chicago Bears, Rodgers was practically flawless.
Against the New York Giants in Week 16 and the Philadelphia Eagles (10-6) and Atlanta Falcons (13-3) in the playoffs, Rodgers threw for 950 yards, 10 touchdowns, and rushed for a score.
It gets better. The Packers signal caller didn’t throw one interception in any of those wins and displayed a poise and confidence that is a necessary asset for any quarterback that takes the reigns under center in Titletown.
The last time the Pittsburgh Steelers faced a quarterback in the same class as Rodgers was against Tom Brady in Week 10 – yes, I am saying that Rodgers deserves to be mentioned amongst Brady, Manning, and Brees from a production standpoint.
In Week 10, Brady lit up the Steelers for 350 yards, three touchdowns, and zero interceptions en route to a 39-26 New England Patriots victory.
Pittsburgh is weak at the corners, and Green Bay’s receivers are excellent route runners and extremely quick. A few 5-yard slants and button hooks early will get all-pro Steelers safety Troy Polamalu cheating up a bit and allow Rodgers to connect with his favorite deep threat, Greg Jennings.
If the Packers can win the turnover battle in this Super Bowl odds 2011 game, Green Bay will win their 13th Super Bowl and first since 1996.
Super Bowl Odds 2011 Pick – Green Bay Packers (-2.5)
